Just want to say a big thank you to Sam and his team for fixing our internet connection yesterday. Including putting new cables in our front yard. As (unbeknown to us), our old ones were in the neighbours back yard. (And their dog chewed them.)
After 3 weeks of having to use mobile data on our phones, it’s fantastic to be able to use the internet again.

Just some feedback to the work carried out by Value Services on my property yesterday. The job was to supply a new connection from the phone/internet pit to my house. The team arrived on time in the morning and after explaining to me what they are going to do, went straight into it. The job was done in a short amount of time and to my satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up and nothing was left behind. All the garden beds were reinstated and features put back into place. After the completion of the job, I was talked through the work they had done and asked if I was happy with it. The entire crew were very friendly and easy to talk to and I would have no issues at all to have them doing more work for me. Very big thank you to the entire team.

i recently had NBN issues at my home Sam and a team of guys from Value Services attended my property and sorted everything out very efficiently. They arrived promptly, kept me informed at all stages during the day. All the guys were very professional and I would like to commend them all for their excellent customer service.

I want to thank Summit ( Sam) and team for the great work they did fixing my coax and setting up my house for cutover to NBN . This was not a simple process and requires some civil work .
The job was done well , promptly and efficiently . The customer management ( communication with me ) was impeccable .
I have heard a lot of bad stories about the NBN service and delivery and contractors etc . However this has been a stark contrast . If everything was like this , the NBN rollout would be a staggering success .
A 10/10 experience .

I would like to provide some positive feedback for Sam and his team for their assistance in getting my NBN connected. There were a variety of issues and in the end the lead in cable had to be fully replaced and relocated. Whilst there were issues along the way Sam was very good in organising everything and the boys that came to put the cable in left everything in good order as it was originally (paving etc).

I would like to thank you, belatedly, for your wonderful crew who installed my NBN. I have met them a number of times as NBN discussed how to do the work. These guys were always professional and friendly. When the day finally arrived and the NBN was installed, they turned up early and were very professional. Everything has been left in good condition. I saw the men pulling up brick pavers and thought I would have a terrible time getting them back. However, the team re-laid the pavers and there is no sign of them having been moved.My husband and I were very impressed with their skill and work ethic. Thank you very much again.

Hearty thanks from myself and my family for getting the NBN issue fixed. Sam and his team inspected the issue and initially quoted the work to be done only on 30th Dec. However, after understanding the impacts from my end and being a holiday period, he managed to get this work completed the same day and restore the internet connection.
